Existing Coaxial Cable Assemblies with Ipex MHF I LK Connectors

The MHF I LK is a great option for those looking for a secure and reliable micro coaxial connector. Unlike most other I-PEX MHF variants, the MHF I LK has an integrated locking mechanism to ensure the connector is secured when mated on wireless modules and other popular PCI card types.

This enhanced feature over conventional MHF types overcomes potential application issues such as vibration and shock, particularly for a connector of this size.

MHL I LK has a profile height of 2.9mm which is lower than standard I-PEX MHF I connectors. Frequency is rated at DC to 6GHz and the connector has an outside receptacle dimension of 3.0x3.0mm.

GradConn offers a wide variety of cable assemblies with I-PEX MHF I LK connectors as an option. Customers will now have another durable micro coax option for their cable assembly in the form of MHF I LK in addition to existing MMCX options. Some may prefer MHF I LK as it is a more compact solution than MMCX and will be more suitable for designs where internal space is limited.
