Pin headers and female socket connectors in 6 to 80 contacts dual in line. Capable of 1.0A per circuit with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 300V AC and operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Mated board to board connector pairs offer 100 insertion cycles durability.

Available in dual row in through hole (TH) and surface mount (SMT). Headers available in vertical and horizontal orientation. Sockets in vertical orientation only. Pin spacing is 1.27mm (.050”) between pins and 2.54mm (.100”) between rows.

Pin headers are available in SMT or thru hole with vertical and horizontal orientation. Pin headers allow a customisable pin length with a square pin size 0.46mm (.018"). Elevated PCB headers offer parallel PCB stacking solutions up to 40mm (1.574") between boards.

PCB sockets are available in SMT or thru hole in vertical orientation.

SMT receptacles offer dual entry PCB mating options: Pin headers are mated with receptacles from above to achieve standard parallel PCB mating. In bottom entry mode holes are drilled in the PCB and the header pins enter the socket from below via the underside of the PCB.
Bottom entry offers alternative design solutions, for example achieving a very low parallel PCB stacking height by mounting the socket on top of the PCB, the stack height is the header insulator, as low as 1.00mm (.039”).
Alternatively bottom entry allows connection of three PCB’s using a pass thru technique, where a long header pin mates with two PCB sockets, passing all the way through the middle socket.

Tube or Tape and reel packaging (with or without film or caps) for pick and place assembly, is available on all surface mount 1.27 x 2.54mm connectors.
