Through Hole Connectors

GradConn thru hole connectors are available in 1mm, 1.27mm, 2mm, 2.54mm, 1.27x2.54mm, 3.96mm and 5.08mm pitch and in single, dual, triple and quad row.

The range is RoHS compliant and lead free. Nylon6T insulators are standard on thru hole parts, Nylon 6T is suitable for high temperature (RoHS) wave or reflow solder profiles, please see product drawings for details. PBT insulators are not suitable for high temperature processes; as such it is not supported for new designs although available to existing customers as a legacy product.

To help you achieve the correct stacking height both sockets and headers have elevated options. Standard headers often have a choice of insulator height and shrouding options. We aim to offer multiple socket heights by pitch range; we also have bottom entry socket versions in thru hole.

Pin lengths on headers are flexible. Normally the socket drawing will specify the ‘recommended mating pin length’.

Both sockets are headers are available in straight or right angle configuration.

The connectors are packaged in tray, box or tube.
