Stripped cable, twisted braid & tinned & Stripped cable

- GradConn have capability to provide:
- Stripped cable. (For termination to a connector later.)
- Stripped cable with tinned centre conductor and twisted and tinned braid. (For solder termination to a PCB.)
- Cable length: Minimum 40mm.>
- Centre Conduction:
- Tin dimension: Standard fully tinned.
- Tinned Braid/Shield:
- Tin dimension: Standard fully tinned.
- Cable diameter:
- Recommended 1.32mm or RG178. 1.13mm is also possible.
- Cable thinner than 1.13mm is not recommended as braiding is thin and after tinning can become brittle.
- Recommended: 1.32mm or RG178 cable.
- Tolerance of soldered copper wire soldered to braid:
- For standard 10mm +/-1mm.
- Special designs for: Tolerance, braid orientation and tin dimensions are available. Let us know your requirements.
- Testing:
- Not available, as not possible to connected to Network Analyzer.
