About I-PEX III MHF series
GradConn offer a selection of cable assemblies including the I-Pex MHF III connector. This connector has a mated height of 1.5mm and is used with 0.81mmø cable. It can reach a frequency range of DC to 6GHz depending on which interface connector it is used with (check individual drawings for details).
The most popular choices are for the opposite end of the Ipex cable are SMA female, RP SMA and FME male bulkhead connectors; This allows customers to mount the SMA, RP SMA or FME interface connectors to a bulkhead with a cut out and plug in an antenna or further extension cable on the other side of the bulkhead.
The MHF III connector range is an intermatable alternative to Hirose W.FL.
I-Pex have been established in Japan since 1994. As an alternative to Hirose WFL GradConn offer the IPEX MHF III range, specifically cable assemblies using I-Pex 20367-001R as an alternative to Hirose W.FL-LP-040. The Ipex connector is a high quality and economical Japanese manufactured connector which is intermatable with Hirose W.FL; customers can plug an I-PEX MHF 3 cable assembly into a Hirose W.FL PCB connector. Customers should test samples to approve the use of I-Pex cables, however GradConn have many satisfied customers after swapping from Hirose.
