5.08mm (0.2") PCB Connectors

A range of RoHS process compatible 5.08mm (.2") power connectors suitable for 7.9amp current rating. Insulators are LCP (Liquid crystal polymer) in order to withstand high temperature (280°C for 10 seconds) during reflow solder process. Pin headers are available thru-hole in straight and right angle orientations. Female sockets in straight through hole or surface mount (SMT). Receptacles have a reliable dual contact design, the SMD socket (BB02-VN) is suitable for dual entry (from either top or bottom) to allow various mating solutions. Tape and reel packaging is available, with the option of a cap to aid the vacuum pick and place process.
