3.96mm (0.156") PCB Connectors
A range of RoHS process compatible 3.96mm (.156") power connectors suitable for 7.9amp (at 30°C) current rating. Insulators are LCP (Liquid crystal polymer) in order to withstand high temperature (280°C for 10 seconds) during reflow solder process. Pin headers are available thru-hole in straight and right angle orientations. Female sockets in straight surface mount or thru hole. Receptacles have a reliable dual contact design, the SMD socket (BB02-UT) is suitable for dual entry (from either top or bottom) to allow various mating solutions. Tape and reel packaging is available, with the option of a cap to aid the vacuum pick and place process.
