0.5mm (0.019") PCB Connectors
0.5mm fine pitch pin headers and female sockets for mezzanine PCB stacking applications. Available in dual row surface mount (SMT) and suitable for 500 mating cycles. Production minimum order quantity of 5000 pieces in tape and reel packaging (with caps) for vacuum pick and place assembly, is standard on the 0.5mm range. Tubed parts are available for samples and pre-production only. Stack heights range from 3.00mm to 6.00mm (when mated). Small footprint: PCB width 5.25mm. Connector length: 10 position = 5.2mm, 120 position = 32.7mm. Drawings and product specification are shown below.
